We are proud to offer this lovely bright and fresh 1 bedroom top floor flat in the centre of Bowness.

The flat is up one flight of steps then once you enter steps up to the flat again. Not suitable for anybody with mobility issues.

The property is let unfurnished. We are seeking applications from tenants over the age of 28 years due to the quiet nature of the building and the quiet times for our other tenants who work various shifts.

The Deposit of £755 will be held in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme Regulations and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, subject to the property being left in a satisfactory condition, including cleaning.
