The lounge areas have large screen TVs to relax and unwind and they can be a great place to gather and share events. You can be part of the social scene when you want company and relax with other students and fellow residents, or enjoy a quiet space in your room or in the gardens surrounding the buildings.

In the summer, Alexandria Park is a great place to walk and relax in an open and historic city parkland. Alexandra Park, Manchester, was designed in 1869 by Alexander Hennell and was opened to the public in 1870. Alexandria Park was the first public park that featured both recreational/sports facilities and ornamental.

There is a large patio with space for just lounging in the sun over the weekends. With a south facing patio, sun tans are (almost) guaranteed!

With just a short bus ride to the Universities and Manchester city centre, lectures are easy to get to… (Not to mention the restaurants and bars and the great night life Manchester is famous for.)
