This stunning 1 bedroom house is spread on two floors, on ground floor you will find the living area equipped with a comfortable sofa convertible to a King size bed, 55" Sony TV (Sky channels and Netflix), modern dining table that could be used as a workspace (There is a super-fast fibre optic internet access in every room); the high quality kitchen is fully equipped with integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher machine, electrical hob and oven, extractor, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all kitchen tools you need to make from a quick snack to a three course evening meal.

On the upper floor you will find a large double bedroom with King size bed and plenty of space to unpack your belongings and make yourself at home; there is also a spacious bathroom with a rain shower, heated towel rail, led light mirror and a small washer room with a washer dryer.

The house will be professionally cleaned before your stay, and guests will find hotel quality linens and white fluffy towels. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap are all provided to ensure you have the most comfortable stay.

The house have excellent transport connectivity to the city of London by road and the Riverboat to the South Bank.
The flat/house is perfectly located to explore London with great transport connections, Plumstead train station is just a 2-minute walk away, Woolwich Arsenal DLR and the new Elizabeth line from Royal Arsenal Station are only 15 minutes' walk or in less than 10 minutes by bus allowing you to get to some of London's best loved areas in no time:
