We moved into our home around 4 years ago and fully renovated it top to bottom. It is therefore done to a high standard to our own taste, and not fitted out and decorated like a typical rental property. We moved abroad in January this year and have had the house rented out since, that tenancy has now come to an end so the house is available again. The property will be managed by us remotely with a local friend available to help with anything that needs doing, so you don't need to deal with any agents.

You can see the standard of finish from the pictures, we spared no expense with the renovation, with a full rewire, new heating system, re-plastered and decorated throughout.

The downstairs opens into a hallway with a WC and stairs and under-stairs storage with the washing machine included. The flooring throughout the downstairs is real wood herringbone with underfloor heating throughout.

The hallway opens into the open plan lounge, diner, kitchen. This is a very large space that was previously 3 separate rooms and has been opened up to form a lovely open plan living space with a decorative fireplace and large bifold doors opening up onto a composite decking area and landscaped garden.

The kitchen diner is separated with an island with seating and has another large window looking out to the garden. The large family size bathroom has been finished with a live edge oak sideboard including his and hers sinks and decorative brass taps built into the wall. It features a large walk in shower and underfloor heating.

The main bedroom is a generous size pictured with a kingsize bed with built in stylish bedside lamps.

All windows include internal shutters which look great and block the light out really well.

The second bedroom is a similar size to the main bedroom, pictured with a double bed and finished with panelled walls.

The third bedroom was used as an office, it is an ideal size to either be kept as an office or used as a slightly smaller bedroom.

The fourth bedroom has been turned into a dressing room with custom built in wardrobes and stylishly finished in dark blue with a feature wallpaper wall.

The property is link-detached, meaning it is joined to next door by the garage. The single garage to the side is included. The driveway has space for 3 cars.

Pets allowed, we have cats so there is a cat flap installed. We're open to conversations about dogs but due to the additional wear on the house we're a bit reluctant to allow it.
