They were taken when we lived there a year ago and we weren't able to get pictures of it empty before the first tenant moved in. It's within walking distance to Manchester city centre and there is a bus stop steps away with busses for the city centre going past every few minutes. It is also within walking distance of the Fallowfield Loop.

A little Appleby Lodge history for those interested:
Appleby Lodge was built by Guntor and Guntor in association with the reputable architect Peter Cummings. Cummings is best known for his design of the Manchester Apollo theatre and Cornerhouse on Oxford road. The very apartment on offer was personally reserved by Peter Cummings for his personal residence so was finished to his specification, setting it apart from the five other three bedroom apartments in the Lodge.

Appleby Lodge has been described as an ‘urban oasis' by Historic England and past residents include Sir John Barbirolli, conductor of the Halle Orchestra from 1943 to 1963, a fact commemorated by a blue plaque.
