The immediate area is ethnically diverse and is close to St Werburghs, Easton, Old Market, Stokes Croft, Montpelier, City Centre, Harbourside. All of which have many pubs and restaurants. Easton Leisure centre is a few streets away with swimming pool and facilities.

It is also very convenient for getting out of Bristol quickly as is close to M32
