This Penthouse apartment sits on top of one of Worthing's most historic buildings, Splashpoint House (circa 1850) and has probably the best balcony in Worthing, in terms of views. There is a large master bedroom with a wardrobe with a window with views to the sea and Pier. You have a separate fully equipped kitchen which includes a ceramic hob, oven, Siemens Dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, a must for a coffee first thing on the balcony. There are pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc etc. There is a window also looking out to the pier and sea. In the hallway there is a washing machine cupboard and the bathroom has one of the best showers - very powerful! The water and heating are all state-of-the-art energy efficient electric - so no silly gas bill costs. In the living room there is a corner seating area and a very comfy sofa bed for when friends and family stay over. There is a Samsung TV with Virgin installed with nearly 1000 TV channels and super-fast WiFi (new tenant will be responsible for this cost, approx. £52 per month). There are very smart model boats and pictures to decorate the walls. Everything not required can be removed and the tenant will be free to decorate the apartment to their own taste.

Sorry - this apartment is not suitable for young children (it only has one bedroom), smokers, pets or any form of social benefits.
