Hi. I'm looking to rent out the master bedroom in my flat in Balham/Wandsworth Common. I'm planning on selling the flat, which I estimate will take 3-6 months. The second bedroom is currently an office with a sofa bed, and I only plan on using this room one or two nights per month, so essentially the flat would be mainly yours.
The contract will have a 1 month break clause with a minimum of two months rental period.
The flat comes furnished, has superfast broadband and all bills are included in the price.
The area is lovely, it has a trendy village feel yet is close to central London and well connected. The flat is a few of mins walk from Wandsworth Common and the famous restaurants, bars and shops of Bellevue road. Balham tube is 10 min walk.
The flat is clean and modern with good quality furniture, two small gardens, and off street parking.
What's most important for me is that the flat is kept clean and well looked after, including watering the garden from time to time.
There may be a small number of viewings for the sale of the flat, in which case you will need to provide access. I will give at least 48 hours notice.
About me: I'm a friendly, approachable person. I work as a doctor outside London, but still come to London once or twice per month.
