Hello! I'm looking for flatmate(s) to join me on the tenancy in my beautiful flat with super spacious living room and access to pool and sauna!

The flat is a 2 bed mezzanine flat in Bow Quarter near Roman Road. It's a gorgeous building, an old match stick factory, with pretty mad facilities - a pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub, gym, workout space all on site. It also has a little co op shop, a coffee shop, terrace with ping pong table and loungers and grass for chilling on. Also a banging fb group where people are always selling cheaply /giving stuff away.

One large double room is available to rent from late September. The flat is open plan with huge windows and overlooking a shared terrace. I've been sharing with a couple so very open to doing that again. The room for rent is a large double room with a desk, large wardrobe and double bed.

You'd be sharing with me, female, 30 years old, work in film/tv. When i'm working i'm out of the flat a lot and in general I like to do my own thing. With my current flat mates we all take a chore a week to make sure the space is kept tidy, we share a lot of food (but not all) and if someone is making dinner they will make enough for everyone. We often watch films together and my flat mates have become really good friends. But equally there is no expectation to cook or hang out….If people want friends over or whatnot that's fine, just need to check in. I like this vibe - the space is really nice to share and enjoy with people. But it is an open plan flat so noise does travel and so I want to live with respectful people.

It would be a year contract with a 6 month break clause. I've been living here for past year and half and love it. The rent is £1500. The landlord is very responsive and good at fixing problems. She will do a reference check before moving in which can take time so i'm keen to lock this in soon.
