There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer! The kitchen comes fully finished with cutlery, plates, pots and pans for your use. When we say you could move in with a suitcase, we really mean it!

the location 📍
The property is very close to Wellingborough with the town centre only a short walk away! There is also a lidl, Sainsbury's and Tesco Extra a short drive away. Rushden Lakes is also close by where you can shop till your heart's content and go for a nice stroll around the lakes.

There are easy transport links to the whole of Northamptonshire with the A45 close by. Wellingborough Train Station is only a 20 minute walk away where there are regular trains to London to the South and Birmingham to the North.

All our housemates have to be referenced, it is how we make sure we get the right people in the house. This is done all remotely and online through a company called Goodlord, where you will have your own portal so you can track your progress. It is quick and simple and usually takes 3-5 working days but is often quicker. We won't be able to move you in before this is done.
