Property description

Terms

The land will be let on a Horse Grazing Tenancy, for non-business use, for a period of less than 3 years. The Tenant will be limited to graze a maximum of one horse or two ponies. The rent will be paid in advance by bank transfer direct to the Landlord twice a year.

In addition to the rent payable, the Tenant will be required to pay an amount of £250 + VAT (payable to Wm Sykes & Son) towards the agents costs. This amount is due to be paid prior to the commencement of the agreement.

As part of the tenancy agreement, the Tenant will be required to re-instate the land at the end of the term and repair/maintain boundaries. The land should be left in no worse condition than as at the commencement of the tenancy.
