There is also two lovely pubs at the same distance, The Waterside and The Sands End. An 8 minute walk will take you down towards a large Sainsbury's Superstore which makes shopping very easy.

There are many local shops (Tesco/Sainsbury), restaurants, bars and cafés on Wandsworth Bridge Road, a 10 minute walk from the property. There is Fulham Broadway station (15 minute walk) and Parsons Green station (20 minute walk) which has the district line, or one stop on the overground will take you to West Brompton where you can get the District line too. If you drive, there is residential parking available on the street.
