Hi everyone

Our lovely flatmate is moving out at the end of August, and we're on the lookout for someone to join our friendly and tidy flat. Ideally, we're looking for a female aged between 23-30, who is a full-time worker.

The Room:
The room available has its own bathroom. It's quite spacious, measuring 4.5m x 3m, with plenty of storage space (wardrobe taking up around 70cm). The room boasts large windows that let in lots of natural light and provide a lovely view.

Rent and Bills:
The rent is £980 per month, excluding bills. Bills typically range between £120-£130 per month, depending on the season.

Location:
We are perfectly located just a 2-minute walk from Bromley-by-Bow station. There's a Sainsbury’s right on the ground floor and a Tesco just 10 minutes away. The DLR (Devons Road station) is also a 10-minute walk. Bromley-by-Bow station connects easily to the central line and other main lines, offering excellent transport links.

The House:
Additionally, our building includes a gym, and we have concierge/security services at the entry level.

We are two friendly professionals. Ollie works in the public sector (local government), and I (Elif) work in Information Governance (Data Protection). We value a harmonious and respectful home and are looking for someone who shares the same values.
