There is also a bedside table and lamp in all bedrooms and two of the rooms also have a desk. The double blind system allows sheer blinds for privacy and in addition blackout blinds for sleeping. All rooms have sofa style arm chairs or a two seater sofa and lap table for working or dining. 3 out of the 5 en-suite bathrooms have a large shower enclosure (900mm) so please double check with us which bedrooms if this is on your wish list! Foxhall Road is East Ipswich which is currently the most sought after area to live in. It is a 10/15 minute walk to the town centre and a 10 minute walk to the very popular marina area. It is on the main bus route for BT and the hospital. There are a delightful handful of shops and takeaways a 2 minute walk from the house which include a co op and pizza restaurant.
Our weekly cleaner cleans the communal areas and two of the en-suites every week meaning your en-suite bathroom will be cleaned every 2-3 weeks (a complimentary service at no extra charge).
The monthly rental amount is fully inclusive of all bills including a high speed internet of 500mb per second. There is no parking offered with this property however you may be able to park in nearby roads close to the house.
