We have a couple of furnished studio apartments available for rent from August. Furniture includes a double pull down bed with a mattress and a mattress topper, wardrobe, sofa, dining table and chairs. Appliances include fridge, electric hob and a microwave oven.

The smaller studio's rent would be £975 and the larger one's - £1,025 per month. All bills are included except electricity. Electricity usage is controlled by each individual flat (top-up key meter system) and comes to around £30 per month depending on the usage.

The other tenants who currently reside in the building are all working professionals; with this in mind, we can only accept working professionals employed on a full-time basis. No students, sorry.

Please note that we can accept small well behaved pets.
