Bellenden Road is close to East Dulwich (10min walk to the centre) and also max 10 min walk to Peckham Rye Station so it is very well connected:
Overground: Clapham Junction-Highbury & Islington Line, on which 3 stops to Jubilee line, then 1 stop to Canary Warf
Train: 10min to London Victoria, 8min to London Bridge, it is on the City Thameslink line - so 10 min to Blackfriars, 25 for Kings Cross, 1 hour to Luton.
