Within walking distance is Harley Equestrian Shop & Cafe (1.2 miles) which has an eclectic boutique & welcomes dogs. A well-stocked mobile shop visits Eydon every Wednesday. In neighbouring Culworth there's The Forge Cafe & The Barn deli; and there are Coop supermarkets at neighbouring Woodford Halse (1.5 miles), & Byfield (approx. 2 miles) where the nearest petrol station is located.
