All the houses in the area are in a cottage-style as it is in a conservation area. This means that the street itself and others nearby are filled with beautiful houses in the same style, and tree-lined streets with a village green 1 minute walk away and access to the nearby park only 3 minutes walk away.

The property is in the borough of Brent which runs a new licensing scheme which means every rented property needs a licence from the council.
