We are looking for tenants who will also act as house sitters and take good care of our lovely home that we have carefully renovated. We have set our rate well below market rates in order to find the right people to entrust our house to.

The house

A stunning recently renovated 4 bed house with huge open plan living room and kitchen. Living room has gorgeous original wooden floors and working wood burning stove fireplace. This flows through to the modern kitchen which has bespoke tiles, underfloor heating and top of the range appliances - Rangemaster oven, extra large Fisher fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, large open top washing machine and separate dryer. Bifold doors open from the kitchen onto the paved garden with a top of the range gas Weber BBQ and space for outdoor dining. The house is on a quiet dead-end street with plenty of parking available.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms. Two stunning king bedrooms; one with a wide french balcony overlooking a gorgeous view and the other with a beautiful bay window. Both have lots of natural light and large built in wardrobes. Then there is also one smaller bedroom that we have used as a cosy double bedroom or as an office. There is also a recently refurbished bathroom with underfloor heating, bespoke tiles and top amenities including walk in shower, big 2m double ended bathtub and self-heating anti-steam mirror.

On the second floor there is a huge double bedroom with masses of space for a super-king bed, french balcony window with amazing green views, exposed brick chimney, a wall of built in wardrobes and a designer chest of drawers. This has a recently installed ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating, 2m cast iron bath below a large double window with a great view, large walk in shower and anti steam self heating mirror.

The Location

Barons Court/West Kensington area - smart with cute cafes, independent butcher and fantastic pubs and restaurants. Local pub 200m away, the Pear Tree, is great for food and drinks and has great garden. Kopi independent coffee shop has opened opposite that and does great coffees and snacks. Nice Japanese restaurant round the corner as well as plenty of chain restaurants.

Tesco, Sainsbury and Waitrose right around the corner.

5-10min walk to the river with lovely pubs and restaurants overlooking the Thames and great towpath for running/cycling. Brasserie Blanc is a favourite restaurant of ours here.
