I rebuilt this house with the purpose of moving in myself and my family, however, have had plans change so need to rent it. I am truly sad to have to rent this property as I have finished it to such a high standard. Everything is brand new: All applicances, electrics and gas.
The house is on a peaceful road. At the bottom of the road you will find the river Lea with canal boats and a delightful pub. A very short walk past the pub you are in Springfield park, a tranquil hidden jewel of a park a stone's throw from your house. The park has a number of activities including tennis courts.

Our street is very quiet and a lot of green space nearby in the park and the River Lea is just at the bottom of the road

Clapton train station is 5 minutes walk. The train takes you to Central London in 12 minutes.
The bus stop to everywhere is 500 m away.
The main London West End tourist attractions are 8km away. The train station is 5 minutes walk, then it is 20 minutes to the Tower of London or 40 minutes to the Houses of Parliament.
Camden is 30 minutes away by bus.
The London 2012 Olympic Park is a pleasant 45 minutes walk along the nearby river as is Victoria Park.
It's a perfect cycling environment - We are close to the City Bike rental zone.
