The house was completely refurbished just recently and maintains period features throughout. I rebuilt this house with the purpose of moving in myself and my family, however, have had plans change so need to rent it. The house is on a peaceful road. At the bottom of the road you will find the river Lea with canal boats and a delightful pub. Our street is very quiet and a lot of green space nearby in the park and the River Lea is just at the bottom of the road

We are in Zone 2 (Zone 1 is the very centre, Zone 7 is the very edge of London).

Clapton train station is 5 minutes walk. The train takes you to Central London in 12 minutes.

The bus stop to everywhere is 500 m away.

The main London West End tourist attractions are 8km away. The train station is 5 minutes walk, then it is 20 minutes to the Tower of London or 40 minutes to the Houses of Parliament.

Camden is 30 minutes away by bus.

The London 2012 Olympic Park is a pleasant 45 minutes walk along the nearby river as is Victoria Park.

It's a perfect cycling environment - We are close to the City Bike rental zone.
