Hello and thank you for looking at this spacious flat in Coed Pella Road. My name is Alex Clarke - let me tell you all about it and if you want to see it you can either send an email to me or phone and I will meet you there. The flat is presently occupied however we can arrange viewings by appointment. Just in case you are not familiar with the area Coed Pella Road is off the main road going through Colwyn Bay (Conway Road) and Conwy Council have recently built their new headquarters on the corner. The road leads up a hill into a quiet sought after and desirable area, so driving time to the promenade and sea side is less than four or five minutes.

The flat itself is quite charming. It is on the first floor (the flat below is occupied by a very quiet person) so there are two short flights of steps from the ground. Going in through the flat door you are in a small hall, off which there is a front bedroom (double bed size), and a shower room (with a walk in shower with a seat and grab rail), and the second bedroom (also a double) at the back. The living room is directly ahead of the flat door. The picture shows the space and the large windows looking out onto the woodland views. The kitchen has light wood effect cupboards and looks out over the front garden and road. The flat has a telephone point and an analogue tv aerial.

The building is in a area with lots of trees.
Parking is available at the back of the building for two cars.
The flat does not have a garden.
The furniture in the pictures has been removed.
