•Right to Rent id Check: To comply with legal requirements.

Holding Deposit : We require a holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent. This deposit will be refunded to the tenant within 15 calendar days of the application proceeding. Typically, we aim to refund this deposit on the move-in day by deducting it from the first month’s rent, subject to agreement during the application process.

You will lose your Holding Deposit if any of the following occurs:
