‘Room 6’ is a beautiful spacious room, located on the 2nd floor of Centre House. The room has windows on three sides, giving it a very bright. Open feeling. The room is spacious and will lend itself to multiple uses. Suggestions include but are not limited to; call centre, dance studio, boxing gym, yoga studio, art studio, photo studio and more. The let provides access to one of two available kitchens, and toilet facilities are based on all floors. The building itself is entered by security doors and has a lift to all floors and there is a large car park based at the rear of the main building.

Our Main Building has 21500 sq ft of office space of varying sizes over two floors. Our Centre House Building provides a further 6000 sq ft of office and laboratory space over four floors.
