The PrimeLocation Property Archive is the first online property archive of its kind in the UK. Like everything else we do, it is designed to provide home hunters and the property curious with more resources to help them make better-informed property decisions.
Our unique property archive contains nearly 2 million historic records of properties from across the UK that at one time have been for sale or to rent on the open market in the last 10 years.
In the archive, which will be updated weekly, you will find:
- the historic for sale or to rent asking price of a property
- the time it was last on the market
- images of the property at the time it was last listed for sale or to rent
- a description of the property at that point in time
*in some cases images and a property description may not be available
Where is the property archive on PrimeLocation?
The archive can be accessed via the home values section on PrimeLocation. Properties that have an historic listing are clearly marked with an 'H' and an official PrimeLocation Property Archive stamp.
Where do these records come from?
These records come from properties that have been marketed for sale or to rent via estate agents who advertise their properties on PrimeLocation.com.
