On the hills on the border between Valdichiana and Val d'Orcia, not far from Montepulciano and Torrita di Siena, farmhouse with organic olive grove for sale. Description of the buildings


The country house (195 sqm – 2,098 sqft, 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) is laid over two floors, accessible independently from the outside and connected internally by a staircase. Entering on the ground floor is a large living room that stretches the entire length of the building and houses at one end the dining area with access to the bathroom. Next to the dining area, a door leads to a spacious kitchen. From the living area, two doors open onto two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Going up to the first floor, the internal staircase leads to a hallway with exit to the outside porch. From here one has access to both the master bedroom (with bathroom and walk-in wardrobe) and the guest bedroom with private bathroom.
