Gite four: Here you will find a large kitchn diner, and wc with stairs leading up to the first floor. A gorgeous private sun terrace adjoins the bedroom, perfect for relaxing outside, there is also a lounge and a shower room. There are two further bedrooms on the second floor.

There is a separate one bedroom cottage. It has an open plan living area with wood-burner on the ground floor and a bedroom and shower room on the first floor.

These properties offer flexibility. You may decide to live in the main house or make two gites into one, the choice is yours. Opposite the main property is a large barn. Finally, there is a garage with space at the reaer providing a small office.

The small village has a primary school and town-hall, the nearest shops are in Percy about 5mns away, whilst the busy county town of Saint-Lô is just 20mns, which has shopping, restaurants, sports and is the equestrian center of the region.
