Wonderful views from the large double glazed windows to the lounge area immediately draw attention. The main floor is open plan with a modern fitted kitchen with centre Island and granite work tops. Above the kitchen is a good space mezzanine level with a multitude of uses. The living space is bright and airy with cathedral ceilings and a wood burning stove. From the kitchen there is also accessed via a polished stone staircase to the lower floor. At the end of the garden and accessed from the road at the front of the house is an additional Schist building in ruins, partially covered with the original stone oven on an Urban article. This could be utilised as a garage or garden space or could possibly be reinstated as living accommodation with the appropriate approvals.

Overall, this is a nice Schist house, rarely found with open plan and large rooms and a garden, in a very peaceful hamlet in a great location, with excellent views providing peace and tranquillity.
