In the characteristic center of Magione, on the shores of Lake Trasimeno in Umbria, small villa with garden for sale. Description of buildings, state and finishes
The villa (480 sqm – 5,165 sqft) is a building dating from 1970-1971, which was entirely renovated in 2001 with particular attention to the systems, a factor that had an immediate yield both in benefits and in reducing the running costs of the structure. The building has two floors:
- Ground floor: Entrance hall, library, office space, large professional kitchen with pantry, dining room, living room with bar area, service bathroom and bedroom with en-suite bathroom;
