All bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning and all main rooms have ceiling fans.

Outside there are numerous seating areas that give you the option of shade as well as sun. The garden has the sun all day. There is an irrigation system in place to keep the various fruit trees and Mediterranean plants in great condition. There is also a built-in BBQ. The private swimming pool (8 x 4) is run via a computerised copper ionised system which is chlorine free. It also comes with a roll-on and off "daisy" pool cover. There is also secured off-road parking for several cars.

The village of Sagra is located in the Orba Valley and offers the necessary amenities such as a school, bars, a restaurant, a butcher, and a small grocery shop. From here it takes a short 15-minute drive to the closest beach and an hour to the airports of Valencia and Alicante.
