Structural details


- Skeleton
The skeleton of the properties will be constructed from reinforced concrete based on anti-seismic regulations.
- Masonry
The masonry of the external wall will be bricks of 300mm. The masonry of the internal wall will be bricks of 250mm thickness.
- Waterproofing of Building
Heat insulation will be installed at the ceiling of building based on the survey of energy output with extruded polystyrene which will be covered with building cardboard 4mm. Heat insulation will also be placed on all the exterior surfaces of apartments where expanded polystyrene of 8cm will be set up. Furthermore moist insulation will be installed at all porches (with two ingredients cement insulation).
- Floors
Tiles will be placed in all common areas and marble in the stairs. In the kitchen, living room, sitting area and bathrooms, tiles will be placed, with purchase value of €20.00 per m2. Laminate parquet will be placed in the bedrooms areas with purchase value of €20.00 per m2 including the installation.

- Wall Coatings and Cladding
Three coats internally. Tiles in all bathrooms from floor to ceiling and in the space between the kitchen counter and kitchen cabinets with a purchase value €20,00 per m2. The exterior wall cladding will be with hpl wood and stone as seen on the facades of the buildings. Spatula work and three coats of external emulsion paint on exterior masonry.
- Paintwork
Three coats of emulsion paint on interior walls.
- External Work
General earthworks and outdoor floor tiles to a purchase value of €20 per m2 according to the plans. Skirting is included in the price.
- Plumbing
Provisions for hot and cold water with pipe-in-pipe system will be installed in the kitchen, bathroom and shower. Pressure system, one tonne water tank and two-panel solar water heater will be installed.
- Mechanical Works
Provision for air conditioners:in each bedroom and living room.
- Electrical Works
According to the electrical plans and the current version of the eac (Electricity Authority Cyprus) regulations, provision for phone line (3 telephone points) and television (3 points), in living room areas and bedrooms. In the kitchen there will be electrical provisions for fridge, oven, microwave, stovetop, kitchen hood, washing machine and dishwasher.
- Carpentry
Counters worth €200 per m2 and kitchen’s cabinets worth €180 per m2 will be set up. Also in bedrooms
wardrobes worth €180 per m2 with door knobs worth €4 each for all the above. The frame and doors will be built by 18mm thick of melamine. Kitchen’s countertops will be of marble - granite of €120 worth per m2. Bedroom wardrobes will be of 18mm thick melamine.
- Installation of Photovoltaic Systems
Installation of photovoltaic system to upgrade the energy status of the building to Category A.
- Doors
The exterior doors of apartments (as well as the lobby’s staircase) will be of compact wood according to fire
safety regulations. Interior doors will be of melamine with door knobs worth €20. The building’s exterior door will have electric lock safety.
- Aluminium Works
mu thermal anodized door and window frames, wall mounted with all the necessary accessories and double glazed 4mm neutral, 16mm gap and 6mm clear laminate glass. White marble façade will be placed on windows with plan for mosquito net wire screen.
- Sewage
Hidden sewage system with plastic tubes (u-pvc) according to plans will be made and fully connected to
the city’s sewer system. Parking Space

- Sanitaryware
