Just next to the naya we have a BBQ area. Apart from the oranges we also find other fruit trees on the plot such as fig, medlar and persimmon. There is plenty of parking space and also a spacious garage which was for the tractor to work on the land.

The building structure of the villa is very good, the electricity was upgraded to 220v some years ago, it has connection to mains water and it would be very easy to connect to mains sewerage.

Pego is a vibrant town that offers all the necessary amenities, it takes a short 15-minute drive to the closest beach. The airports of Valencia and Alicante can be reached within an hour’s drive. There are weekly markets to buy fresh fruit and vegetables. Pego is a great town which is worth a visit.
