The chateau roof to the front aspect seems in good condition, the wood structure is in excellent condition however there are a couple of leaks to the rear aspect that require attention. Electrics, plumbing, heating and waste disposal will require updating.

The chateau is accessed via a long entrance road of 1km which solely serves the chateau and the estate, there is an individual private driveway which reaches the chateau grounds . There is no passing traffic but there will be a couple of distant neighbours who also live on the estate.
