Our previous two homes before this one were new builds so we wanted something with more space inside and out. We fell in love with this house straight away. It ticked all the boxes for us and was definitely our forever home. We have had a bespoke kitchen put which is only two years old with all the modern high-spec appliances. It has so much storage space. I wouldn’t change a thing about it. We also fully renovated two bathrooms and replaced the tiling in the main bathroom. We also have fitted wardrobes in three bedrooms with chest of drawers in two of them providing lots of storage space. We have supported local businesses where possible even down to the blinds in most of the rooms.

Everyone who comes falls in love with the house. The garden wraps around the entire back and has the sun all day long. We have great privacy.

We especially love having all the bi-folds open on a warm day and sitting in our lovely garden or snug room. The proximity to everywhere is also fantastic, everywhere is in walking distance you don’t need to use your car.

The street is very peaceful.

We have also added a large number of solar panels which has made our electric bills nil and quite often we make money back.

We are extremely sad to leave as this is the perfect home in the perfect location.

We love this house, it's simply stunning. It is positioned within one mile of Wokingham town centre, within a short walk of Evendons Primary and in the catchment for some amazing secondary schools. This property offers so much, measuring just over 2000 sq ft plus a double garage it has so much space for a growing family, the house is simply amazing, and the space it offers will satisfy most. For us, it's the accommodation leading to the garden from the kitchen is just stunning, the kitchen has been modernised to such an exacting standard, and it leads to the patio area and similarly via internal doors to the vaulted reception room. Both rooms have bi-fold doors that lead to their patio areas. Our recommendation with Eastheath Gardens is that if you like the photos and video tour, you'll love the house.
