We chose this home because it offers two double bedrooms, which is a rare find, and it's conveniently located with excellent transport links. The house is spacious for a two-bedroom property, and we love the low-maintenance garden and private parking. The area is fantastic, especially for dog walking, with Swinley Forest just a stone's throw away.

We know this home very well, having sold it to the current owners just a couple of years ago! They were struggling to find a two-bedroom house locally with two doubles, parking, and a sunny garden, so they snapped this one up immediately! They've made some nice additions with a media wall in the living room, updated the kitchen, and redecorated throughout. The garden is low maintenance, a lovely size and it's west-facing so gets the sun well into the evening. There's a shed at the bottom of the garden with power and light already, and it would lend itself really well to being converted into a proper garden room/office which we know is on a lot of people's hit lists!

To top it all off there's private off-road parking as well which is another rareity for the area!

Area comments...

Tarnbrook Way is a nice no-through road in Forest Park close to Savernake Park and local playgrounds, as well as being on the doorstep of Swinley Forest where there's 2,500 acres of woodland to explore. The nearest train station is Martins Heron 1 mile away, with some handy walkways and cut-throughs taking you there safely on foot. You've also got a Tesco Superstore by the station, a Sainsbury's super store around a mile away in the other direction.
