"Our favourite restaurant in the area is the Livingston Inn, which is only a 2 minute walk from the house. It is very convenient, great food and the staff are all friendly. We like the family feel to the area and the street we live in. The neighbours are all friendly. There is a park right across the road and with it not being a through road, the traffic isn’t busy. There are also 2 parking spaces right next to our house which is handy for visitors.

We like how efficient and adaptable the house is. For example, the downstairs WC being able to change to a wet room, doors are wider etc. We will also miss the solar panels that we have, which have definitely made a difference in price for our energy bills.
