"I first brought this property after university to get my own space but still be close to family. The selling point for me was the island between the kitchen and living room that I found made the place seem a lot more open. Also, having parking on site for the flats was a benefit that I struggled to find with other flats when I was looking. This has come in useful when having friends and family over as you can socialise while making dinner/drinks.
