The Willerby Rio is a superb holiday home set on a tranquil pitch at Rosedale Abbey. Enjoy the stream running along the lounge side of the holiday home while you relax in the living room, or on the decking which is a fabulous added bonus.

The lounge has an L-shaped sofa which has a pull out bed. It’s great for simply relaxing in front of the TV or having extra family or guests over to stay. Set around a gas fire and mantelpiece this holiday home can easily be personalised with a few family photos and ornaments.

Opposite the sofa is a fixed seating area with stools around a dining table which is great for gathering together at meal times.

The galley kitchen provides plenty of worktop space along one side and the cooker on the opposite side. There are ample cupboards above and below the worktop space and it is a practical kitchen – ideal for when you are holiday.

The bedrooms comprise of one double room and one twin. The double room is a good sized room with a large double wardrobe and an en-suite WC. The twin has a tall wardrobe and a small vanity area, while both rooms have over-bed storage.

The shower room has a large shower cubicle and a wash basin plus a WC. There is shelving next to the cubicle which makes a great place for toiletries.
