"Living in this flat on Beulah Road, has been an absolute dream! This space has been the perfect, cozy first home. Neighbours are lovely and very proud of this little slice of Walthamstow, a real mix of long-term residents and newly moved in families. Being so close to the village, there are numerous coffee shops available, (our favourite is Hucks, for a delicious coffee and an enormous pastry!) Being so close to Gods Own Junkyard and the breweries/gin distillery, there is always somewhere to take guests, or go and have a drink in the sun, and finally the proximity to Epping Forest is the perfect antidote to a busy day, an easy way to unwind in seemingly limitless nature! In 2020, we installed a large garden studio, which has felt like a great way to add some extra space to the property and and has been a lovely space to work in, host guests or hold movie nights on the projector! Finally, living here it is so quick to get into central London, on the overground or the tube, you can still have a (small) lie-in, as well as making it into the office on time!"
