"Our favourite thing about living here is that within 5 minutes you are in Epping forest. It’s amazing having woodpeckers, sparrow hawks and even a stag as our neighbours! The local humans are wonderful too- we’ve felt so welcomed by the residents of this road and have made great friends here. The house itself has been the perfect place to start our family. It's light and airy, but really cosy too. We love the spacious garden, which we've used to grow lots of fruit and vegetables. And by the way- they don’t call it Sunset Avenue for nothing. The evening light and sunset views here are magical!"
