Situation

Description

The Land concerned extends to a quarter of an acre or thereabouts on which stands the Stone Wall Remains of a Cottage and also a Stone Outbuilding with a pitched Slate Roof. Directions

From the office of Messrs JJ Morris at 21 West Street turn left and proceed in the direction of Goodwick for half a mile. Upon reaching the bypass roundabout take the second exit signposted to Goodwick and Fishguard Harbour. Continue on this road for 500 yards or so and upon reaching the roundabout adjacent to Tesco express take the first exit onto the Main A487 road towards St Davids. Continue on this road for three quarters of a mile or so and just prior to the turning on the right for Trefwrgi Road, take the turning on the left (at the end of Heol y Felin) towards The Drim. Proceed on this road for 100 yards or so and continue straight on and proceed up the hill over a hardsurfaced track and the Land and Buildings concerned are situated on the right hand side of the track. A 'For Sale' board is erected on site.

There are no Services connected to the Land, although we understand that Mains Water and Electricity are available in the vicinity of The Lodge and The Drim and other properties in the vicinity of the Land.
