From the moment we saw the development, we knew this was the home for us. Purchased as first-time buyers and first-time parents, we have created a beautiful home for our little family to live in and enjoy. With the private garden area which our son has enjoyed playing in and ample amounts of open green spaces to enjoy, we have absolutely loved it.

Millgate homes designed a beautiful, high-quality home for us which we have loved and enjoyed for almost 3 years. With an open-plan living space, 2 large double bedrooms (with the most amazing views), a walk-in wardrobe, integrated appliances, underfloor heating, a utility cupboard and high-quality finishes to all rooms, it really has been the most luxurious place to live in. We have added a built-in media wall and working space which is ideal for those who work from home or want extra storage space, as well as created additional shelving and rails in the walk-in wardrobe to maximise use.

We spend many days with our patio doors open, enjoying the fresh air and peace and quiet, whilst soaking in that stunning view across the green. We have allocated parking and ample amounts of visitor spaces which means we never need to be concerned about finding a space or having visitors. In the colder months, the property retains heat, keeping costs low and keeping the home lovely and cosy - It really is the perfect home for those wanting a tranquil and luxurious life.

We have friendly neighbours who are always on hand if you need any support or just want to have a chat. There are amenities just a short walk away and you are surrounded by a fantastic nursery and several playgrounds for little ones – which we make use of daily.

Arborfield Green is a place filled with beautiful green spaces, community events and harmony. It is a community that has brought us years of peace and happiness and every year it keeps getting better. With the development of new shops, cafes and businesses surrounding the area and a community that puts on various events throughout the year, it really is a community for all.

Just what a beautiful summary our sellers have put together of why this is such a fantastic home and location. Millgate are one of if not our favourite home builder and considered by many, the best in the business. The finish and attention to detail that they put in is simply excellent and this apartment is no different. Our sellers have kept it in superb condition throughout and perfectly summed up why not only is this a great apartment but also a fantastic location.

As you can see from the details this home is very impressive with a spacious feel throughout and is one of only a handful with private outside space. On entry you are greeted with a spacious entrance hall that then leads to two large cupboards one of which is a separate utility cupboard to house your washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment offers two great size double bedrooms with the master bedroom benefitting from built in wardrobe and having its own superb, en suite shower room. You've also got an additional main family bathroom off of the hallway both of which have been finished to an excellent standard.

One of the things we love the most is the amount of natural light you get throughout but this is evident most in the lovely 20ft open plan kitchen & living area where you have light coming in from the French doors leading onto the private garden and patio. We love this room and our sellers have created a smart working space which opens up, perfect if you're working from home. You'll notice that this home has lovely Amtico flooring running right the way through but even better than that is the fact that is has underfloor heating underneath it with individual zone control panels in every room.

The kitchen is a lovely specification with full built in, Siemens appliances such as your oven, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. It also comes with a five ring gas hob but what we love most are the shaker style units and the solid stone worktops. Outside it comes with an allocated parking space with plenty of additional parking nearby too for visitors.

Arborfield Green is such a fantastic location with acres of green space right on your doorstep. Arborfield Village has also benefitted from a great deal of redevelopment in recent years, and there are plenty of local amenities from the local Co-Op which is only a 15 minute walk away, to a new coffee shop now open, as well as other facilities to come in the near future with the introduction of 'The Hub' which will include a Sainsburys amongst other retailers. If schools are important to you then you are firmly in catchment and walking distance of the renowned Bonhunt. One of our favourite places to get something to eat and drink is the Bull pub but you have a great variety of other options locally. Access into Wokingham, Reading and the surrounding villages is all very simple, and you're even round the corner from the Surrey/Hampshire borders as well as easy access to both M3 & M4 motorways.
