We have a 70ft, secluded garden which gives plenty of room to enjoy a green space. We have lovely, kind neighbours too. Parking is never an issue here and we have a bus stop literally on the doorstep. A walk into town is around half an hour, but locally we have Saunders Park, Sainsburys, Aldi and a variety of coffee shops on Lewes Road. There are lovely walking routes up from Bear Road onto Warren Road and the race course, taking in the sheep, sunflowers and horses as you go.
