I fell in love with Overgrass Mill Cottage the minute I discovered it almost 8 years ago. The cottage was in need quite a lot of work and tlc, but I couldn't pass up the chance of making this romantic cottage our home to bring up my family. This is a reluctant sale due to a looming empty nest. It's time for the next family to snap this up, live the country dream and make the happiest of memories, just as we have.

The immediate neighbours are sheep, roe deer, badgers, owls, foxes, lots of special wildlife. Living here has felt like being in a scene from Peter Rabbit or Wind in the Willows.

There's still scope to extend and enhance the cottage further (subject to the relevant planning permissions) as well as taking advantage of the south facing aspect to add solar panels.

Longframlington is a pretty country village with good access to road, rail and transport links. Venturing out of this little paradise the area provided great walking opportunities and country pursuits.
