Owners Comments...

We’ve loved living on Trussell Road. It has a great community, lots of green surrounding areas, the cows in the paddock behind our house in summer, a community orchard, an excellent school within a few minutes walk, a 5 minute drive to Bracknell and easy access to London by train. We are within walking distance of the Plough and Harrow pub, the Yorkshire Rose restaurant (which also does amazing pizza takeaway) and the Spice Lounge Indian restaurant and takeaway.

As a family of 5, we required plenty of space. A large garden is hard to come by with a new build but we got really lucky with this house. The garden is south facing, and it has the most amazing sunsets to the west viewed easily from the decked area. We made a few adjustments internally to meet our family’s needs. We spend most of our time in and around the kitchen area so added a breakfast bar to improve this space. Keeping fit is also very important to us, and as we had a longer than average garage space, we decided to utilise this and created an extra room at the end of the garage which we use as our gym, but could equally be used for office space. We also added storage above the garage so that the garage can still be used for a car if required.

Our neighbours are wonderful. We all keep connected on a WhatsApp group and everyone is really friendly. We all gathered for a street party to celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee last year, it was so much fun.

Our circumstances have now changed which means we have to relocate to another area but we have made some very happy memories in this home and we hope the next owners with be very happy here too.

What a home! This house is going to tick a lot of boxes for families. The position is excellent, being at the bottom of Trussell Road and overlooking Larks Hill Park and having a good sized driveway and garage with extra storage.
The size of the garden was a real surprise for me when I visited, it's not often you see a garden that size on a house that is only two years old.
Internally the property has a study, a large living room, a sociable kitchen dining room and a utility room to keep the sociable space sociable! All five bedrooms are a good sized and two of them have ensuite shower rooms.

Area Comments...
Trussell Road is a fantastic road, all the houses look great and this one in particular is located at the bottom of the road. There is a path from Trussell Road so you can walk to the orchard and Larks Hill Park which is great for families. Close by are some great amenities too, including Warfield C of E Primary School and all that Tesco Warfield has to offer as well as the Plough & Harrow Pub and the Yorkshire Rose being a very short walk away.
