We moved into this house as a couple with the property needing extensive renovation. We refitted the kitchen, both bathrooms and decorated throughout. We recently landscaped both gardens and being outdoor people we really wanted to utilise the space for ourselves and children. With the beautiful meadow opposite, the park and nature reserve in close proximity, it’s a lovely area to live in. Tesco’s, the Lexicon and country walks are all within walking distance. We have thoroughly enjoyed living here and growing our family in such a beautiful location but it is now time for us to move onto our next adventure.

What a brilliant home for sale in Warfield, the property is in excellent condition throughout with the upgrades that the owners have done throughout. Externally the property has a driveway for two cars right outside the front of the house. Internally there is a hallway, a downstairs WC, refitted kitchen with built in appliances including a double oven and a drinks fridge. The living dining room is a great size with French doors onto the garden.
Upstairs are three good sized bedrooms and a refitted family bathroom - all in all this is an ideal house for young families.
