Tucked away on a quiet road at the peaceful end of a small development, this beautiful 4-bedroom house has been our pride and joy since we moved in back in 2018. Overlooking a large green space, it’s perfect for peaceful walks, kids playing, and even a little adventure into a small forest area. Over the years, we have especially loved the countryside walks almost at our doorstep.

This was our first home, and we've poured our hearts into making it special. We've added handy under-stairs storage, a cosy media/fire unit, and an electric charger to keep up with modern living. The house is spacious with four generous bedrooms, perfect for a growing family, a fantastic garden that's bigger than you'd expect for a new build, and a sizeable garage, which we've been using as a gym but can be easily transformed for other uses.

To top it all off, the area has recently been upgraded with full fibre internet, offering speeds of up to 900 Mbps—perfect for remote work, streaming, and all your connectivity needs.

Parking is never an issue with a carport that fits two cars and plenty of on-street parking. The community here is genuinely lovely, making it an ideal place for a growing family. Quite simply this is an excellent house at this price point - firstly the position is fantastic overlooking greenspace and dog walks. Secondly, the finish throughout is beautiful thanks to Bellway Homes and credit to the current owners for keeping it in such good condition. Finally, it is so deceptively spacious both inside and out. You've got a. Bright entrance hall with the all important downstairs loo, and a nice bright kitchen/diner to the front with a big bay window and integrated appliances. The living room is at the back, stretching the width of the house and opening into the garden. Upstairs there are three huge double bedrooms and one really big single that's ideal as an office, or a nursery as the current owners have it. There's an en-suite shower room to the main bedroom and a lovely family bathroom up here too. The garden is bigger than the neighboring properties as it wraps round the back of the garage. In addition to the garage, there's also a carport and driveway parking. We know this will be popular, so make sure you're quick if you want to have a look!

You have so much close by too, with loads of further green space in the area, perfect for dog walks or a leisurely stroll. You're also just a short walk from the popular Shinfield Arms pub, offering great food and a brilliant beer garden.
Within Shinfield village itself you have all your needed amenities, with a post office, Co-Op and the new Robyns Nest cafè. You have various options for schools in the area, including Alder Grove, Oakbank and Crossfields Independent just a short walk away, making this a great family home and area.
