We have loved living in Woodmancott close and in particular in this tucked away quiet cul-de-sac. The trees at the front of the house offer a little extra privacy and all the neighbours are delightful and always superhelpful. The house and garden are beautiful and offer great potential to anyone. Our favourite thing about the area is the Crepe Van at Savernake Park, just a 5 minute stroll away offering gorgeous food and supporting a small local business whilst spending time in nature. A short walk to the train station also means great acesss to London and other areas. Finally Swinley Forest on your doorstep offers great weekend walks!

We love coming across houses like this where the decor and accommodation is already brilliant while offering so much future potential for someone to stay and grow here for many many years to come. Firstly, there's a lovely big driveway with plenty of parking and the garage to the front. It's a very safe and family-orientated area while also being very convenient for anyone needing access to the M3 & M4 motorway networks, or rail links into London from Martins Heron which is less than a mile away on foot.
