I vividly remember the day we eagerly grasped the keys to our new home; we were utterly thrilled. As we stepped into the newly constructed 3-story house, we immediately began envisioning the endless possibilities for creating a space where our family of three could truly thrive.

Over the course of 2 years, we have passionately curated every corner of this home, meticulously selecting fittings and fixtures from premium brands like John Lewis and Hillarys to achieve a harmonious blend of minimalism and modern elegance. Among the many exceptional features, the west-facing garden stands out, offering abundant sunlight throughout the day and infusing our kitchen with a bright, refreshing ambience even on overcast days. Our expanded outdoor patio now serves as the perfect setting for hosting lively BBQ gatherings and fully maximizing the potential of our kitchen and dining areas to entertain guests.

Next to the kitchen, there is a spacious cloakroom and a convenient under-stairs converted into a cupboard pantry which has helped us keep the living area and kitchen free from clutter. Where to start with this one.. The Beech is one of Bovis' most popular designs, and, thanks to the angle of the plot, this one is slightly bigger than most Beech's on the development. Starting from the top down... The top floor is one vast main bedroom suite. There's a beautifully big and bright bedroom with good head height, a dressing area and a huge en-suite with a big walk-in-shower. The first floor has a big double bedroom spreading the width of the house with built in storage, a third small double bedroom, and a nice and modern family bathroom. On the ground floor, there's a spacious sitting room at the front, and an upgraded kitchen/dining room across the back of the house opening into the garden. There's a small. Lobby area separating the kitchen and living room with storage and the all important downstairs loo. The garden is an easy to maintain size, and if it's BBQs well into the evening that you like, then the west facing garden is perfect as you'll get sun well into the evening. There's also a garage and plenty of driveway parking to round it all off.

Quite simply, an awesome family home - and even better that there is no onward chain complications, so you will need to be quick if you want to have a look at this one!

Shinfield Meadows is a lovely location, very central to all your needs and wants. Just a few minutes walk you will find the popular Langley Mead nature reserve, which is great for walks and you also have various play parks close by for children. Within a short walk or drive you have plenty of amenities including Dobbies Garden Centre which has a Waitrose local store, along with a great butcher and within Shinfield Village, you have Co-Op a few popular pubs, a post office and the very popular Crumbs cafè, which we love. There are main bus routes close by taking you into Reading or Wokingham towns and you are just a few minutes from Mereoak Park and Ride or junction 11 of the M4, making it a really well connected location. Not forgetting you now have train links with the Green Park station connecting you to Reading and Basingstoke, giving you great access into London too.
