When I first viewed this family home I instantly felt a connection. It was in need of renovation at the time but it was detached, a great size throughout and beautiful large garden I knew there and then this would make the perfect family home.

All these years on and after a full renovation throughout I am delighted with the end result.

It is the perfect place to relax and unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the night!

I am close enough to the M1 for commuting but far enough away to not be troubled with road noise. There are an array of amenities on the doorstep to include supermarket, a good local gym, the leisure centre & the Grove Theatre. We are in the catchment area to good local schools. The neighbourhood is so friendly we often have garden parties and they are always kind enough to take in my parcels! It is a welcoming and friendly environment and one I will miss greatly.

The time has come for pastures new and to let someone else enjoy all this loving home has to offer.
