"We have lived here for almost 4 years and have loved every minute of it, with a move back to Scotland our next step. If we could take the house with us, we would. 54 Woodlands Road has an instant cosiness to it that we fell in love with when we first stepped through the door. The wood burning stove on a cold Winter's evening really warms the whole house through and makes for the perfect companion in the winter, while the south facing garden is a sanctuary in the Summer. It has the sun all day until about 6 pm and it is a real sun-trap. Perfect for kids playing in the paddling pool or having family & friends round for a barbecue. We have enjoyed life on Wood Street with regular haunts being Clapton Craft & now the new record bar, Wood Street Bear that has recently opened.

Lancaster's garden centre is great for plants and topping up on logs for the fire, while Lloyd Park is within close walking distance and is always nice on a Saturday morning. Within a 10 minute walk all the amenities of Walthamstow Village are available with nice shops & pubs. Access to central London is so easy with the overground a 5 minute walk from the house -Liverpool St can be reached in 20 mins and Oxford Circus in about 30-40. Great nurseries and schools are nearby. Woodside Primary Academy and St Mary's schools both with outstanding ofsted ratings. "
